Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this prestigious country hotel.
Rosette experience is desirable however this is not essential. The kitchen operation is on a large scale with over a 100 covers a night with Banqueting facilities available. Weekends will generally attract more business.
