Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie – Up to £15 per hour

Brighton

Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Brighton

Full time and part time hours available, working in hotels, restaurants, pubs, care homes, schools, contract catering, events and more in Brighton and surrounding areas.

An enhanced DBS certificate and access to your own transport is a bonus but not essential.

Successful Chefs will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:


  • Previous experience within similar roles

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • A current Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and an Allergens certificate

  • Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff

  • Excellent working references
