Position: Sous Chef

Location: Fawley, Southampton

Salary package: £17.00 per hour

Employment type: Temporary (with potential to lead to a Permanent role)

Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our team for a project in Southampton. The project will cater to 300 covers, serving breakfast and lunch only. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, providing an excellent environment for culinary creativity.

The Sous Chef will be instrumental in the preparation and menu creation which begins on 24th July 2023, with the official start date being the 31st of July 2023. The project duration could range from 3 weeks to 3 months.

The successful candidates will ideally have experience in a similar role, with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and leading a team to deliver high-quality service. This is a fantastic opportunity to start in a temporary capacity and transition into a permanent role if you enjoy the experience.
