Second chef role at popular sports venue bistro near Poynings. This sports venue’s bistro offers tasty menus to members of the club, set in the beautiful setting of Poynings.

As second chef you will be responsible for assisting the head chef to successfully run the kitchen. Duties include daily prep, stock management, maintaining food safety standards, contributing ideas for weekly specials, training and supporting the rest of the brigade, as well running the department in the absence of your line manager.

The right candidate will enjoy being part of a team and comfortable working to a fixed menu. This second chef position is ideal for anyone seeking work life balance and stability
