Our client operates one of the most prestigious facilities in the region. This beautiful independent school is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist in running the day to day operation of their elite boarding house kitchens.

With 15 other team members you will actively  creative skill set and imagination to work collaboratively as part of some of the best culinary experts in the sector!

• Proactively managing and supporting a catering team of 15


• Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget


• H&S management


• Staff management including training & development
