Sous chef  required for a branded hotel group in central Southampton

The sous chef will support the line manager with running the department, duties will include staff training, overseeing banqueting and events, creating daily specials, ensure food hygine is adhered and stock control

The ideal sous chef candidate will have experience working with a spec menu as well as have ideas for new dishes items. If you an aspiring sous chef this role could be a stepping stone to promotion within this branded hotel group in Southampton or other sites across the UK.
