Ongoing sous chef position at a prestigious school in Sherborne. As Sous Chef your main focus will be the day to day running of the team, preparing delicious food, overseeing menu changes, maintaining kitchen hygiene and reporting to the Head / Exec Chef.

Sous Chef role is 5 days a week, 6am - 2.30pm / 11.30am - 8pm.

Sous Chef requirements:

• Due to the location of this Sous Chef position, you will require your own transport.


• Enhanced DBS required - we can organise this for you
