Bar Manager job role

We are hiring a Permanent Bar Manager to join our passionate team in the heart of Brecon. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional drink service, we want to hear from you.

Bar Manager duties include crafting exceptional beverages including cocktails, craft beers, and custom orders; Manage inventory daily to maintain strict cost, quality, and stock standards; Provide warm, welcoming customer service to our local Brecon community; Maintain high hygiene standards across the bar, cellar, and seating area.

Bar Manager Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bar manager, preferably in independent venues.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff during peak weekend rush hours.

• Excellent cellar management skills and an interest in local craft beverage trends.

• Reliable team player with flexible availability, including essential late-night shifts.
