The role

• £27,000 per annum


• Plus UNCAPPED bonus scheme


• Pizza Units - one static and one mobile


• Manage the day to day running


• Work closely with the owners


• Attend functions as required


• Available throughout the year, with peak season over Summer


• Oversee costings, menus and finances


• Look after all Food Hygiene / Health & Safety requirements etc…

About you

• Previous chef/catering experience


• Confidence in pursuing new and existing opportunities


• Full valid driving license


• Ability to travel

A fantastic opportunity to join a pizzeria business located near Aberdare as a Catering Manager.

As the Catering Manager for this Pizza Unit, you will take charge of all day to day operations for weddings and events. You should have a background within catering, and be willing to take the reins of this small business, including pushing the business forwards through sales and marketing.

Due to the whereabouts of the property in Aberdare, own transportation is recommended.
