The Role
As the successful candidate for this fantastic Chef de Partie role you will have the outstanding opportunity to learn from the very best.
Most Chef de Partie roles can be mundane; however this particular position can teach you to perform to Michelin Star level, if you are willing to learn.
To qualify for this amazing Chef de Partie role, you must have a proven background as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie within a 2 AA Rosette establishment (whether that be hotel, restaurant or gastro pub) and be prepared to work hard to achieve the ultimate education in culinary skills.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience up to 2 AA Rosette level.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking - top Chef de parties are visionaries who rely on innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies and menu ideas.
- Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
- Great team player with a passion for learning.
- Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
