The Company

One of Wales ’ oldest Golf Clubs, set in a picturesque part of the Vale of Glamorgan, just south of Cardiff .  If it is a round of golf on a highly rated course or a meal in the clubhouse, this highly established club is renowned for its welcome and service.

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. Working within the restaurant, bar and lounge areas providing guests the highest level of service at all times in accordance to the clubs exacting standards. Predominantly a floor based position, candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of operations from staffing, service standards and profitability.  Candidates for the role should have experience working in a supervisory/managerial role in a similar standard establishment.  Candidates must have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Due to the location, a driving licence and car would be advantageous.
