An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Manager to join a luxury hotel in Pembrokeshire!

Our client operates a small hotel in Pembrokeshire, and having received many accolades in recent years, they are looking to expand their fantastic team!

The role:

Our client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join their 2 AA Rosette Restaurant.  You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.  The right candidate must share the same enthusiasm to deliver high quality dishes, and be prepared to work closely with the Head Chef in regards to the same.

Food safety and hygiene standards must be upheld at all times.   

What we are looking for:

• Experience within a similar role - Preferably within a Rosette awarded Restaurant




• Have knowledge of seasonal fresh produce




• Be passionate about serving great food and drink




• Be able to undertake all management related tasks such as cost control, managing budgets, recruitment and staff training
