Our client operates fantastic chain of Bistro style restaurants across the UK. Our client has announced year on year profits and are in the process of opening several new sites across the country to join with their current large portfolio. The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager to lead this fast growing restaurant group. The ideal General Manager will have the drive to succeed along with the ability to control a fast paced environment. The perfect candidate will be presentable along with ensuring customer focus is not overlooked. The successful candidate will also have the ability to nurture, train and progress junior members of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ever-growing company. This role will involve taking full control of a fast moving restaurant including all cost controls.
