With a recent £2.5 million refurbishment and future development plans for expanding the services, this is certainly an establishment that is constantly developing their offering. We are seeking to recruit a General Manager to build and lead this property and the team in the continued direction. The ideal General Manager will have the drive to succeed along with the ambition and focus in abundance. Candidates for the role need to be a natural leader and have the ability to lead, motivate and develop the team to ensure consistent guest experience. The successful General Manager candidate will be responsible for the financial performance of the property and ensuring the team meet all targets as set by the Owner.
