The company:

Operating a small Hotel in Pembrokeshire, our client is looking for an experienced manager to join their small team.  Having won several awards in recent years; this luxury 12th century venue is going from strength to strength!

The role:

We are looking to recruit an experienced manager, who has a passion and flair for customer service.  The role will require someone who is not afraid to 'get their hands dirty', and is prepared to cook for a small number of guests, assist with cleaning the hotel and with the provision of operational support.

What we are looking for:

•Experience gained within an intimate venue, at management level / with some cooking experience

•The ability to control stock, GPs', costs, budgets, and wastage

•Excellent people, management, organisation, and communication skills 

•A passion for delivering excellent customer service

•A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate and develop a small team

•Holding a personal licence/food safety certificate is desirable but not essential

This salary will rise to £25,000 after three years.
