About this role…

We seek a skilled and branded Head Chef to oversee our kitchen in Bangor. The Head Chef will lead the kitchen in one of the UK's most loved pub brands. From serving breakfast to sizzling Caribbean-style Jerk Chicken and fresh street food, we value freshly prepared meat and fresh vegetables of the highest quality. As Head Chef, you must have experience leading a team in a high-volume environment to provide excellent service within this Bangor local establishment.

As the Head Chef, you must have branded experience to drive the kitchen forward. You will work towards smashing targets with your team and be competent in food ordering, preparation, and stock control. You must also be comfortable working with a branded menu and ensuring your team adheres to health and hygiene regulations.
