Head Chef required in Cardiff to join a leading contract catering company providing fresh, high-quality food for a busy corporate site. This Head Chef role in Cardiff offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a professional kitchen team serving up to 300 customers daily. The successful Head Chef will be responsible for menu creation, food quality, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Cardiff Head Chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wants a stable Monday to Friday position in a supportive, well-established company.

Head Chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior chef within contract catering or workplace dining in Cardiff or South Wales

• Excellent leadership and organisational skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and cost control

• Confident in menu development and team training

• Passionate about delivering fresh, high-quality food and outstanding service
