Cleaning Supervisor, South Wales
The Package
£6.50-7.50 / hour depending on experience & trial period
The Company
A beautiful venue nestled in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan that plays host to exquisite meetings and events throughout the year.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning and hygine standards of the property. Following established cleaning schedules you will be a part of this small but dynamic team in a very hands on role. You will ensure that all standards are met and maintained and supervise junior staff ensuring they are carrying out duties as required.
What We Are Looking For
Successful Candidates will ideally be able to display the following:
- Proven abilities in working within a similar environment.
- Experience of supervising staff
- Sound knowledge of cleaning different materials and using industrial equipment
- A very good eye for detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Be able to work alone as well as in a team
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Dynamic and passionate about hospitality, people and success
- Ideally you will have your own transport due to location of the venue and have some experience of waiting service
- This position is due to commence at the end of March
