The Role

My Client is seeking an enthusiastic manager to take over the day to day running of their busy public house. The pub is very busy with younger clientele. They currently put on theme nights including live bands and a quiz but are not currently offering any food. My client requires a manager who can implement a food menu and get things up and running. My client is not interested in a run of the mill ‘pub grub’ menu but is looking to offer something different, such as a Tapas or American Diner style menu.

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking - top Managers are visionaries who rely on innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies and menu ideas.
  • Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
  • Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy for the kitchen.
  • Previous experience either within the capacity of Head Chef or a FOH Manager
  • Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
