The Role
As a relief chef you will be required to work in and around the Cardiff and South Wales area, in Hotels, Gastro Pubs, Industrial Kitchens and Rosette establishments, depending on experience. We have lots of work – much of it ongoing and should you really like the role we could look to place you there permanently! We pay generous rates per hour, time and a half on Sundays and travel costs where applicable. Live-in is also offered for some roles.
What We Are Looking For
Successful Chef candidates will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
A minimum of 2 years experience is (essential)
- Professional cookery qualification / relevant experience (essential)
- Food Hygiene certificate holder, or be willing to complete the qualification (essential)
- DBS holder (desirable)
Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail
Great team player and motivator with the passion for creativity
Your own transport is desirable due to some of the locations
A good attitude is a must
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers
