The Role

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Michelin star experienced manager to join this amazing culinary operation.

The Restaurant Manager will be fully responsible for the day to day restaurant operation, ensuring high standards are met at all times. We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable individual who is very hands on. It is paramount for this role to be extremely comfortable within a fine dining operation, dealing with high end clientele. The role requires someone who has excellent organisation and communication skills, engaging with bags of charisma. You will possess outstanding customer service skills, and be immaculately presented. The Restaurant Manager will be a natural leader, who will ensure the team are well trained and briefed at all times. The Manager will also work alongside the Owners, helping with the recruitment, training & induction program and all the disciplinary decisions. The role also encompasses that of a Sommelier – responsible for the curation and development of the wine and spirits served, purchasing and ensuring margins and costs are achieved, alongside guiding guests through the menu and up-selling where possible.

What We Are Looking For

Successful Restaurant Manager candidates will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:


  • Previous experience at a managerial level within a Michelin star establishment.

  • Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail for all aspects of service.

  • WSET qualifications are desirable

  • Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to Guests.

  • Great team leader and motivator with a passion for fantastic customer service.

  • Efficient, Professional and Organised

  • Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
