£21,000 - £23,000pa (DOE)

Plus up to £10,000pa bonus, based on performance

The Role

We have an exclusive opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking Restaurant Manager, looking to take the next important step in their career. This restaurant forms part of a very successful idea in the Italian food & beverage field, created in 2011, and has became one of the most important operators in catering for all those wanting to replace the home cooking of Italy.

 

As Restaurant Manager you will be accountable for the day to day management and operation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for directing, training and motivating your team through their daily tasks and interacting with customers, endeavouring to give excellent customer service at all times. As Restaurant Manager you will need to be an inspiring, dynamic hands-on leader, with a great eye for detail and a passion for food and drink. The ideal candidate would currently be a Restaurant Manager in a busy environment.

 

What We Are Looking For

Successful Restaurant Manager will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Fluency in Italian


• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced venue


• Experience working toward and adhering to set targets


• Exceptional levels of customer service & a friendly, approachable personality


• Flexibility and drive to succeed & progress


• An ability to inspire and develop others


• Be able to work a combination of daytimes, evenings and weekends
