Our client operates a quaint property in the Brecon hills. This warm establishment offers exceptional food using ingredients grown on site or sourced from local farms. After receiving credible reviews on a national level, our client is looking to continue to develop their product and attract a variety of clientele to this lovely part of Wales .

The role

We are recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join this ambitious team and take on this key role. As the Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the production of food items and menu development with the Head Chef. The ideal Senior Sous Chef candidate will be able to demonstrate a stable professional background in fresh food kitchens, ideally to a rosette standard or similar.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Sous Chef who is looking for the right platform in which to showcase their flair and idea’s.

Due to the location, candidates are required to have their own transport.

There is live in accommodation for those looking to relocate to the area.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience as a Sous Chef+ with a rosette establishment or similar.

· A natural ability and flair for quality cuisine.

· A love and passion for British produce.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
