An exciting opportunity has arisen for Sous Chefs to join a beautiful hotel in Tenby!

The package:

• Upto £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The company:

Having won many awards in recent years, our client has firmly establishing themselves on Trip Advisor as one of the best Hotels in Tenby.  Due to the growth in business, our client is looking to hire additional Sous Chefs to join their brigade.

The role:

Are you a Sous Chef looking for a new and exciting challenge?  Are you top of your game and always seeking to excel? If you have answered yes, then we want to hear from you! 

Working as part of a team, you will take steps to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring all food delivered to customers is of the highest standard.  The Sous Chef at this fine establishment is well known in the industry, and is keen to hear from enthusiastic, dynamic  Sous Chefs.

Food safety and hygiene standards must be upheld at all times.   

What we are looking for:

• Have experience as a Sous Chef in a similar setting  


• Be prepared to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen


• Possess professional cooking / hospitality qualifications, and Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2


• Have knowledge of seasonal fresh produce


• Be passionate about serving great food


• Happy to work independently or as part of a team
