The role
- £30,000 pa DOE
- Plus tips
- 45 hours per week
- Gastro Pub in the Welsh Countryside
- Friendly environment
- Be able to have input within menus
- Serve Lunch, Dinner, Tasting Menus, Sunday Lunch and Small Event Catering
- Aspirations to move the current food offering into Rosette
- Use Fresh, Seasonal Produce
About you
- Previous Sous Chef Experience
- Ability to lead the team in the Head Chefs absence
- Own vehicle required due to location
- Confident in working across kitchen sections

A seasoned Sous Chef required for a cosy pub based near Aberdare, South Wales. Family owned for over 40 years, this pub provides fantastic food, service and atmosphere.
You should have a working background in a Sous Chef position in a busy pub, restaurant or similar. You will confidently be able to run the department as required, be able to work across all aspects of the kitchen and work closely alongside the Head Chef.
Due to the whereabouts of the property in Aberdare, South Wales, own transportation is recommended.
