Sous Chef required for a scenic village pub near Brecon. This Sous Chef role involves supporting the Head Chef in leading a team & creating a menu that will work towards achieving rosettes and serving some of the finest pub food in the South region of Wales.

Sous Chef requirements:

• Previous experience as Senior CDP or Sous Chef level within award winning restaurants or gastro pubs. Excellent communication skills


• Full driving license required due to remote location
