Sous Chef Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie


• Experience within fresh food kitchens, events or banqueting preferred


• Confident working in busy, high-volume service


• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene
