Catering Services International (CSI) are catering and hospitality specialists, established for over 25 years and boast ex industry consultants, who regularly work shifts alongside you! We have a lot of work in and around the Cardiff area and we pride ourselves on being an agency that truly cares!

The Role

As a member of our Front of House team you will work in a number of different establishments in and around the Cardiff , Newport and Chepstow areas.

These may include City centre and Country House hotels, Racecourses, Bars and large sporting events.

The work will vary from site to site and it is essential that you have experience in this industry, an immaculate appearance, a great attitude and a winning smile are all essential for this position!

Supervisory / Cocktail flaring / Silver Service / Barista experience is also highly desirable!

What We Are Looking For

Successful front of house candidates will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous proven experience (Minimum 6 months) in quality bars, restaurants or hotels
• Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
• Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
• Great team player with a good attitude
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Your own transport is desirable due to the nature of the work, but not essential
• Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
