The Role

As a CSI hospitality team member or chef you will be expected to work in and around the West Wales area in Rosette establishments, hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs and more.

We have lots of work – much of it ongoing and should you really like the role we can place you there permanently!

We are also seeking a permanent, contracted area relief chef, which is a full time position working with various clients and closely with the office consultants.

What We Are Looking For

Successful candidates will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in high quality, rosette or volume catering
• Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
• Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
• Great team player and motivator with the passion for creativity.
• Your own transport and a good attitude are desirable due to the nature of the work
• Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
