The Role

Working circa 40 hours per week over 5 days, you will be providing first class service to all guests and patrons.

Day to day duties will include: 

• Delivering exceptional customer service at all time - without compromising on quality


• Setting of the Restaurant for service


• Waiting on tables


• Adoc duties as required


• Working with all departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel 

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role


• Have a genuine passion for outstanding food and beverages 


• Excellent communication skills


• Have a keen eye for detail


• Ability to work calmly under pressure


• Highly organised with strong time management skills
