Our cook was off on holiday for 3 weeks over the New Year and we used CSI frequently and we held some large club events during that time. I just wanted to say thanks for providing such great staff during that time. From Chefs to waiting and bar staff they were all great and I needn’t have worried – they were all resourceful and diligent.
The kitchen was always left clean and in a good state and they all coped with the unusual trading patterns we have here at the club.
