Sponsors of the highly successful ChefVchef competition Catering Services International are delighted to confirm that for 2007 two venues will host the exciting cook offs. The City of Bristol college will join the home venue of Bath in hosting 2007's competition. Dates for these events are as follows: Bath - Thursday 22nd February, & Bristol - Tuesday 20th February. The competition will be detailed in the launch of the forthcoming new web site. www.chefvchef.co.uk and will go someway to ensure young people are still attracted to the profession and should also increase yearly intake numbers within colleges. Both will help to rectify the national staff shortages within the industry.
