Jamie is an award winning chef with years of experience in various fine dining establishments throughout South Wales, including a certain five star resort in Newport, before receiving the call that changed his life, to join C.S.I.   In his spare time he likes to kick about the local playing field with his friends and despite being a fantastic chef, brings in leftover takeaway food for lunch nearly every day!
