Award winning Chef Jamie Parker today celebrates his first year recruiting quality, professional staff for CSI.  Despite his handicap of being too short to reach the top of the job board, Jamie has overcome his fear of heights and soared to new levels - placing chefs in temporary, seasonal and permanent positions all over Wales.  He has even come to the rescue of a few Clients and jumped into the kitchen at short notice too (no pun intended Jamie)!!
