YES UGANDA are a non-governmental organisation situated in Fort Portal, Uganda. The aim of Youth Encouragement Services is to improve the welfare of orphaned and vulnerable youth including children born HIV-positive. Since 1996 they have been helping those who have no one left to care for them.
