Dimitra was great. Very happy and positive. Carried out all tasks asked of her. Worked cleanly and efficiently. The only issue was the language barrier but rather than trying to explain things verbally, I found it easier to show her physically. Once we’d worked that out, absolutely brilliant!

Everyone likes Alessandro, very punctual and fun to work with. He’s probably someone we try to keep to an indirectly customer facing role (KP, table waiting) as he has a strong accent but he’s a really hard worker, and very willing. He actually takes a lot of pride in what he does as well, even if he’s washing up, he does it properly and with a smile on his face. Really high work ethic.

The Chef you provided has proved to be an excellent all round chef with a pleasant and extremely friendly personality. I’ve found him to be highly motivated, passionate and with that comes a great deal of experience and under pinning knowledge. Everyone has commented on his food with the feedback being 100% positive. It’s just a shame that we’ve had a quiet week and that I’ve not been able to use his skills more extensively. In short he’s a real credit to CSI Oxford.

"Andrew has coped so well with the situation he has walked into, and gone above & beyond for us today! Not only have all meals been great but we had an afternoon tea event this afternoon, and he made beautiful & delicious sweets for us (enjoyed by all & photographed because we were so pleased)! He used his own initiative & saw we needed orders placing & did a stock check & wrote out what we needed to order. Fantastic food, fantastic chef, lovely person! We would love to have him in the future!"

I just wanted to email as we had an Environmental Health Inspection this morning and your chef Mike was great. We retained our 5 rating which was great, considering we haven’t had a permanent chef for what feels like ages. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sending Emily - attended her shift and was exactly what we needed. She was extremely helpful - organising our drinks, serving guests, took over cooking and serving the canapes as well, tidied up as she went along. A delightful person, we were impressed with her service.
