I would like to thank both Dan and Ionut on a great job during my absence. I've had great feedback about them and the food that was prepared. I would hope that both Dan and Ionut could cover any future needs that Swanwick has.

What a gem he is, polite, confident and professional at all times, a pleasure to have in the unit. I know he will miss us but we will miss him more he has made some firm friends here at the diner. His calmness has a great steadying factor within the team and the junior team love engaging with him. He has been training a new chef this week for me again. I can trust that the training is carried out to the letter.

Please if possible can we request Superchef Dylan Hodge as much as possible, he is really good, knows the routine and is fantastic in the kitchen. A really lovely chap too.

I would just like to mention today’s cook David is superb, he is brilliant with great ideas and the food was delicious! Staff and residents are all praising him so I thought I’d mentioned it to you. P.S Can you send him to us every time if possible. 😊

Andy has fitted straight into our team here. He's done everything I've asked of him to a very high quality and was more than happy to share his wealth of experience. With his great sense of humour, relaxed approach and more than happy to muck in with the cleaning he's a credit to himself & your company.

Can i just say what a delight James is. He is so kind, hardworking and an amazing Chef. He has looked after us all so well. He really is a credit to you. Please please can we have first dibs on him in future !

I was very impressed with Isobel yesterday. It was a delight to see her using her initiative and working so well alongside our team. She is definitely one that we would like to welcome back again.
