Just want to let you know that the staff member was fantastic in the kitchen today and really helped as we had to use our contingency plan. The Estate manager said she really stepped up in the circumstances.

We have had various staff within the home express how good Martin has been whilst he has been working in the kitchen, and have received very good positive feedback regarding him, his attitude, his food that he is serving and is being well received by staff/ residents and just wanted to share this positive feedback with you.

Our cook was off on holiday for 3 weeks over the New Year and we used CSI frequently and we held some large club events during that time. I just wanted to say thanks for providing such great staff during that time. From Chefs to waiting and bar staff they were all great and I needn’t have worried – they were all resourceful and diligent. The kitchen was always left clean and in a good state and they all coped with the unusual trading patterns we have here at the club. Please pass on my thanks to the individuals concerned.

Thank you for arranging FOH and Chef staff to help us with our event on Wednesday 30th at SelectScience. The event was a great success and both FOH and Chef staff supplied were fantastic, so willing and helpful and I have had so many positive comments about them from my team, someone even said the BBQ food was amazing, very nicely cooked.
