We had so much positive feedback from staff members. People were saying your chef was kind and easy to talk to and was a brilliant chef and was so organised. The kitchen assistant that worked with him both days couldn’t sing his praises highly enough.

I just would like to say what a great pleasure it has been to have Raz working here with us in Sheffield. As they say ‘every cloud has a silver lining’ and with restaurants closed, we have been fortunate to enjoy the wonderful skills and good company of Raz. Every evening there have been faces of delight at the beautifully presented meals and it has been a true pleasure to serve them.

Just a quick note to say a huge Thank you for the chef you provided us with at the start of January. As you know we always use CSI when we have staffing issues and this is because you provide reliable, competent and adaptable staff. As usual your staff member was a credit to you with lots of positive feedback from our staff and customers. On a separate note, the dealings I had with your team to arrange cover were as always first class, especially at 8.00pm on a Saturday night !!

It has been great having Giles cooking at lodgings this week, he has a great character and his cooking has been enjoyed by everyone.

Sandrine has worked really hard today. The food looked amazing and the children and staff were really impressed with it. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all! She has put together a menu for next week which we're really looking forward to!
