I’ve just seen Kay who has been managing the night team and she has said they were absolutely amazing – it was an incredibly tough job and they have been amazing. If you have any recognition schemes we would love to nominate them as they have been amazing. Also – if we have any distribution shifts moving forward, they would be the first port of call.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Darryl, absolutely amazing! Great feedback, he did some bits for me even when he didn't need to which helps me out massively today. Everyone has said what a gent he was. Is he available Saturday as well as Sunday?

Hiya Maja He certainly did do a fantastic job, have heard nothing but great things about him. Sadly we are coming up to being full but in the mean time he is absolutely welcome back any time we need cover, really pleased he had a good time, he certainly made everyone very happy with his work :)

Wow guys! I arrive to work this morning just half hour after William started- this man is good- already he’s worked up a sweat! Both myself and my head of housekeeping are impressed by his ‘can do’ attitude- thanks for sending him.

Can I also once again thank you and all the Team, (Dave, Fiona and anyone else I have dealt with over the last year) for the kind gift and all the support and effort that you have given us here.

Again would just like to thank you for all your hard work over this busy week & month, I really appreciate it, especially with such numbers complete with clashes & last minute requirements. The quality of staff have been amazing!

Just a quick email to send a huge big thank you for covering as chef last week, I am so grateful to you for coming over at short notice and cheffing for us especially after a full day in the office, you and I were so badly let down by the lady you had lined up for us. The two judges that were in that week were very pleased indeed with the calibre of food that was served, and your food was very highly praised many times by those judges, in fact they called you in to say thank you themselves, that is an accolade in itself. Yesterday, you again saved the day, and I cannot again thank you enough for coming to our rescue and look after us again, the judge in residence as you know expects an extremely high standard of food, and I can tell you she cleared her plate(s) and was really appreciative of the meals served, “the best this week!” so again my grateful thanks. In this day and age people are very quick to complain and slow if at all to take the time to say thank you. So I would very much like to say again a big thank you on behalf of the Judges at Cardiff lodgings for all you have done and I hope this message can be conveyed upwards in your chain of command. My thanks also to David for covering last Thursday too. It has been lovely working with you and I do hope you come again soon.
