During Marc’s time with us he quickly showed his adaptability in all aspects of the sous chef roll. Covering all shifts with confidence and his usual flamboyance. Quickly getting the respect from Holroyd Howe Management to Chefs and Front of House Staff, also the respect from the School DFO. He adapted quickly to all our due diligence and compliance. His attitude is awesome as well as his food which has always got comments on how lovely it is.

I just wanted to take the time to say what a great job Dan has done for us at Swanwick Lodge covering annual leave. The standard of meals has been excellent, and Dan always goes above and beyond to ensure the level of service is maintained, nothing is too much trouble.

Marcus was fantastic, his experience shows, very professional. Thanks for helping us out at short notice.
