It was difficult to run the kitchen when our cook had a long term absence. I contacted CSI to see if they could provide any help in providing an agency cook at short notice. I spoke to Fiona who was fantastic. She was efficient and quick in finding us a solution to what we were experiencing. The chefs that we have been provided with have all been DBS checked and are happy to provide this on arrival, they have all been professional and adaptable to our setting.

Thank you both for sorting us out. This was the first time we have used your company and I must say you managed to deliver where others have failed.

All good! Had many compliments about Dan from various people about his professionalism and the Standard of his food (especially his beef Burrito’s (vegi also) that everyone enjoyed them so much they wanted more !

Just a quick note to say a big thanks for the 3 staff members you provided for us on Saturday. All 3 were superb and could not be faulted at all - time keeping, professionalism, quality of work, hardworking. 10 out of 10.

All residents and care staff have said how brilliant his food is, his customer service skills are fantastic engaging with all the residents, he made a roast yesterday and it looked superb (from the managing director himself). They have loved every meal cooked this week which is so lovely to hear!

Great agency!! All the team are very supportive and understanding.They always have bookings and book in advance. Normally long term/ regular work to put your mind at ease. They all have hospitality experience. They know the client/ the job and are honest about the role. The pay is great. I have never had a bad experience with CSI and would use as a candidate or a client. 5 star I can't say enough good things about Robbie and the team.

I would just like say how impressed we have been with Lee, she is a credit to you. If only there was a Lee copier! She takes direction well and always completes the required duties in good time, we will happily take her any time that she is available to work!

All your Chefs have been very willing and made a huge difference to the Chefs work load. All were ready and roaring to go! Ray in particular created a great atmosphere/happy vibe in the kitchen. He got on so well with our Sous Chef and catering assistant. He’s so polite and respectful…If only we had more Ray’s.

I just wanted to say what a great job Hamish and Isobel did, on Wednesday evening; as you know, we were were one down, but we got on with it and it was a pleasure to work with them.
